Can anyone help me id this and direct me to where I might find a value?
It says hutschenreuther below is a mark with a lion and under it says Bavaria Germany
Then below that it has a Crown with a mark Pasco and below that it says inE Blenhein
970.
It is a white oval porcelain bowl with gold rim and embossed leaves with berries on each end
I never comment on “value”, but info on PASCO can be found here: http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/related/usa/newyork-06/index.php …
“The Blenheim” (#970), “The Richelieu” (#7658) and such were the series names used by PASCO; they do not match original manufacturer designations. “Richelieu” for example was Hutschenreuther’s mold/shape #7658; that however says nothing about the used decoration number.
Hold in mind that sites like Replacements.com do not give a damn on original manufacturer designations anyway and that most German manufacturers did not use decoration names in the first place. In your case, the general description “HUTSCHENREUTHER PASCO BLENHEIM” is more than sufficient as that includes the manufacturer, distributor and series name.
