Good morning from the UK, I am new here so please be gentle 🙂 I have a family heirloom that belonged to my Great Grand Mother, that has been handed down.
I am certain in the past I have been told the origin, and the maker, however despite this, I do not know.
After searching extensively in the UK, I cannot find the makers, can you people help me ?
Any advice would be really appreciated…
Colin.

No,, Just have not found anything in the UK or anywhere else that uses that flower design !! I personally think its just a decorative design for the “Made in England” that is required on all exports !! So we know that it was to be sold outside of the UK !! And was made after 1921 when the law was that everything had to be stamped with country of origin !! Originally they could just use the name of the country but 1921 they added the “Made In” !! From the artwork my guess is that it was made much later than that,, likely after 1940 !!
