Thrift shop find. Weighs a ton, so I’m guessing American. Beyond that . . . 11″ across and 3″ deep. The only mark on the bottom is a zigzag you can see in the photos.

very pretty piece it might be made out of clay or bisque and might be the makers mark its very pretty just my guess 🙂
