Hello,

My daughter was given these two figurines by my sister. They had been stored with a whole lot of other items in a leaky barn for the last 15 years. (thankfully these were high and dry) These two figurines appear to belong together, in the way they look, the pose the setting and the base’s. Both are approx 10-11″ tall. They had previously been identified as Chelsea’s but the anchor mark is, no doubt a dark green, and open. Not a solid silhouette of an anchor. There is no other markings on this pair. We are aware of the matching Vion & Baury anchor used during their later years, from a discussion here on Kovels. Our anchor appears the same. The delimma we are having is that we cannot find even a hint of another figurine of Vion & Baury being similar in style and setting? The bottom of the base is glazed, except for an area in the middle of each one.
Of course we might be missing something, we would be grateful for any help you can give us.
