Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer and when this piece was made. Here is a pic of it. Much appreciated. It says on bottom of it that it is Hand Painted Terrastone Detergent dishwasher craze and over proof Camellia with a stamp looks like an M with a dollar sign through it and it is made in Japan?
