I never knew it’s name before I recently saw an auction where 8 cups sold for $3000.

I have 2 pieces. One from my grandmother’s estate. She spent a lot of years living and traveling around Asia.

The second came from a garage sale.

Neither have any marks. So how do you date this?

Too bad…old or new, Ge ware is very pretty stuff.

Thanks Carolyn. I pulled grandma’s bowl out of my kitchen cabinet and I retired my ge/guan-vase toothbrush holder until this is sorted out. 🙂 I still need to wash the toothpaste off.
