Since it says “Made in China” we know its an import !! Those items made for use inside of China will not be marked with the country of origin !! They only put that on items intended for sale/export outside of China !! The number 14 could be the factory size number or it can be the decorators number !! These items are generally painted/decorated by factory workers !! Each will have a number or some use initials to indicate who did the artwork/decals !! They are paid for each one painted/decorated so they must keep a tally of their work so they are paid correctly !! It probably came from an import store !! Not much value as a collectable but a pretty piece to use !! There is no factory mark so no way to know which factory it came from !!
