I have looked at this set carefully and due to several factors I believe this set is a Japanese import post WWII !! Since there are several inkstains what looks like a crown mark probably is not !!If it were a makers mark of any kind it would be on the bottom of the coffee pot/server !! The Moriage style beading and the wire work also would say “Japan” !!
Tried. Got some of the stain off, but when I say crown it is only my impression of the image. All that is clear is an open cross. I am still viewing the sites you forwarded and it is slow going. I will continue to try and get rid of the stain but we will probably have to let things go for now.
Thanks again for input.

Its still too blurred to see !! If you have time look through these marks and see if anything looks like yours !! How the crown looks can help tell where it is from !! But it is not typical for only a cup to be marked and none of the others !! This leads me to believe that the decoration was done in another studio and not by the factory that made it !!
