Hi,

I’m trying to identify the manufacturer, age, and possible value on an old family piece.

There are no marks on the base other than what is pictured. I checked deep in the interior and along the base and have found no other discernible markers. The numbering and writing pictured are hand-painted.

The piece measures 21” high, and the diameter of the base is approximately 10.5”

Piece is in excellent shape.
