I have been unsuccessfully able to identify this marking on a piece of porcelain [attachment]porcelain.jpg[/attachment]

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!:D

Imported by the [b]Charles Sadek Import Co.[/b], New Rochelle, USA. Shown mark was used on items they purchased in Japan following WW2.
