Hello, I have searched everywhere for info on this saucepan, but I cannot find anything on it.

This is porcelain likely a 2 quart pot. It is porcelain (not enameled steel) and the handle is attached with a brass ring around the pot. The only marking is below the handle on the pot in red “Made in France”

I have more images but can only insert one here.

Please help.

I looked all over the net and in all my kovel and kitchen price guide books. Nothing! The only thing I could find was something simuliar on E-Bay with wire going around it but not as cute as your’s The reason I think it’s from the 30 or 40ties is I just can’t imagine it being used on old cast iron or wood stoves. You know it was made in France, I don’t think where should make any difference. If it were mine I would put a price of at least $80.00, alway’s come down a little. It is rare, any chip’s etc.? Older kitchen items are very collectable. I know other antique people watch this site. Help out if you can.. I also think it is ceramic more than porcelian. Sorry, Have a very Merry xmas and a better and prosperous New Year Everybody.

oops!!! I just saw your picture, took a long time to come up. Not like her’s at all. Looks a lot older, very cute pan. I’ll see what I can find, Look’s like it could be from the 1930-40ties.

You can’t probably find anything on them because they are to new. My daughter-in – law got a set when they got married in the 1980ties, they were very popular back then. She did’nt really like them, burned the food to easily. All made in France and sold at department stores. Not as good as Corning Ware.
