The black mark is not original and was probably added by a hobbyist that (re)decorated the item. Shown manufacturer mark (the green one) was registered to the [b]Porzellanmanufaktur Helmut Krueger[/b] from the city of (then West-)Berlin in Germany and used between 1957 and around 1971.
