Not Flow Blue, that’s a different technique and design. Here we see an abstract of “Strohblume” (KPM Meissen’s own ‘poor people’ version of their “Blue Onion” pattern).

Both factories of [i]Carl[/i] and [i]Ernst Teichert[/i], both also located in Meissen city, used tons of different marks as shown here between 1890 and 1920. Appears legit to me.
