Hello, I’ve been researching the below pitcher/creamer it is about 5 inches tall.

If it is Minton Parian the cypher code below would show it to be 1860 but then there are marks the far right and left in the closeup photo of the base.

Any help with what this actually is and a loose appraisal would be appreciated. Thanks
