I have a large figurine whose maker I have been unable to identify. I have been told that it could be Meissen. The only marks on it are the numbers 1649 and 64, which are stamped. There is also another mark which I can’t find anywhere. Ihave attached photos. Can anyone help me?

I have attached a photo of the figurine.
There are no other marks on it.

What does the item look like ?? That is not a Meissen mark !! The numbers are mold/, decoration numbers !!
