I have a porcelain figure with a mark that I cannot identify. I’ve looked online and in bookstores for this blue printed N inside O (or C?) with a red 6970A stamped underneath. No luck!
There is a seated ‘southern belle’ style lady with wide brimmed hat, and a standing suitor. There are applied roses, daisies and leaves, gold accents, and the figures have kind of childlike facial features, Hummel-like in a way. Maybe someone will recognize my statue – thanks!

I beleive it is the NAPCO mark. Made in Japan in 50-60ties, you will also find this mark on head figurines. Sometimes it looks like a n in a circle but it’s a n in a c. Japan was making some pretty items back then trimmed in gold possibly to imitate Capo-de- monte. I found another question on another site asking the same question and that was their answer also.
