After reviewing my Japanese books this is what I think I have.
Japanese golden pheasant by Yamatoku porcelain plate. This is based off of what I could find on the internet and the mark on the back of the plate
Ebay is your best source for prices !! It does not have to be the same exact plate,,just a similar one made within the same time frame !! Don`t look at asking prices,, check the sold prices !! If you don`t know how to find them,,come back here and I will explain how to find the actual prices people have been paying !! Most all china and porcelain has been down lately !!
From looking at your drawing and matching it against the known kiln mark above,,yours looks correct !! However that does not tell when the plate was made !! From www.gotheborg.com website,, it said that this mark was used 1920`s and 30`s so your plate could have been made anywhere within that time frame !! Factories may also have repeated this pattern after that time depending on how popular the pattern was !! This type dinnerware was not used in Japan !! It was an export to other countries mainly the U.S. !! That is why the “Made in Japan” is also on the plate !!

This one was on Ebay !! I have noticed some differences in your plate and theirs !! The pheasant looks larger in the ebay pic !! Head is closer to the top edge !!
May just be the pic but I would compare the two !!
