Well,, its a factory piece and not studio pottery !! What is the size of the item and what country are you in ?? Looks like typical import item from the 1940`s or after !! Is the mark on the bottom on top of the glaze or under it ?? Does not look like any mark I have seen !! The purpose of a factory mark is so people would know who made it and they could sell other pieces !! That is why they have specific symbols/names or marks that people would know !!
Hi , it’s about 2.5″ round and about 6″ tall , the mark is under the glaze ! I’m in the USA . I know it was bought in or about the 1940’s but not sure where ! Thanks for the information and any thing else you might know about it !thanks !!
