My mother brought a large figurine, a hobo roasting chestnuts, from the Naples Italy area in 1954. There is no other marking other than the 5 pointed crown over a different “N”. How can I find out if this is a Capodimonte?
Capodimonte is a style of porcelain and decorating as well as a region in Italy !! Can not see the style of yours but from the mark it looks like the Ginori mark from the Naples area who simply capitalized on the Capodimonte mark !!
