I doubt it !! The initials on the bottom were done with a felt tip pen so they are likely a past owners initials !! It does show some age but no way to know who made it !! I do not recognize it !! What did the owner tell you about it when you bought it ?? If thats a chip in the top that greatly hurts any value it may have !!
Thank you so much for your response. The owner said they got it from Korea when they traveled there. The shape of the vase doesnt look like any thing that i can find on web. It look very unique to me. Do we have anyway to find out the age? I have a lot of collections and i will check out from here too. I appreciate your response
