That is a mark of the [b]VEB Unterweissbacher Werkstaetten fuer Porzellankunst[/b] and was used between 1962 and 1972.
Yes, that combine was located in East Germany and yes, the mark only reads ‘Germany’ – shown mark is a typical example for the plain fact that not all East German companies marked with ‘GDR’ or such.
