Sorry two of them made in Limoges. T&V is not listed in Limoges list of factories but in France. Your syracuse is not part of you set and you have to be the judge on the other 3 pieces. As far as value you can get an idea on e-bay under limoges. In these times Limoges plates especially if beautiful and signed have been going for $70.00 to $90.00 each at auctions by collector’s.
