Finally found it !! They were also in East Liverpool, Ohio same as Laughlin !! Still pretty sure they used Laughlins blanks But I am searched out for tonight !!

You can find your mark ( 2 versions) here but I do not have a premium membership to view the entry !! I am not sure and will do more checking but I think this is one of the companies associated with the Homer Laughlin Company !! They used many small companies who purchased the unfinished pottery and then did the decorating themselves !!

Thought so but wanted to be sure !! Have found other items with the same trademark & company but nothing telling what company it is !! Still looking !!
