No way to know without a mfrs name !! Could be any of the many potteries there !! It probably had a stick on label at one time with the makers name !! One thing I can tell you is that they were never intended to be sold in England !! The two “Made in England ” marks tell you that !! All imports must be marked with country of origin before being sold in the US and other countries !! Because it was made in the mold and also stamped indicates it was made for export by the pottery !!
