Any idea who the manufacturer of this .Porcelain girl in green dress standing next to flower vase.

I thought it was probably just a manufacturers mark. Remarques were in days gone by added to art pieces in the margins to show the artists progression at that point in time. Now it is commonly used by artists to add a small piece of original hand artwork to a print which adds value. Commonly in the past these were done to the first several pulled prints off the plates while in their most pristine state. Normally some were given to the printer then who the artist desired. The correct spelling is Remarque.
