Itme made at the [b]Steingutfabrik Velten-Vordamm[/b] (from the region of Saxony-Anhalt); mark used between approx. 1908 and 1931. Pattern (and original designer) could be a bit difficult as they had dozens of designers working there and most patterns were not “named”.
