I have a Mettlach Castle plaque 1108. It says Ges Gesch on the back and the date is 00. I have been trying to find a fair price to ask. I have seen identical plates selling from $150. to $1,300.00+.  Anyone have suggestions for asking price?

The question is: where they actually SOLD for those prices or where that made-up price demands by potential sellers? Just asking. eBay, Ruby Lane and such can be very misleading when it comes to pricing. Hold in mind that shill bidding etc. really exists, ad nauseam, and eBay is the last company on earth that would intervene (because: “muh fees”).

As for your question: age and condition may greatly vary and it is up to you to truthfully specify such things in a listing; nobody can help you there. How are we supposed to mention a ballpark without knowing what your items look like? Not that some people have already tried the “I saw a forum post mentioning $$$$” before, but asking for an estimate based on hearsay isn’t a good idea.
