hello i am new to this forum.and i am very uncertain as to the following hallmark> comes from? my mother was a collector of germany bavaria antique porcelain.and mostly from dresden or selb germany.I tried to list my tray(vanity perfume or trinket) tray but the hallmark i could NOT locate? See hallmark dated 1923..? the hallmark has a sideways “F” over a regular letter “R” with date 19″ on left ,and “23” on right of markings?
