Must be something wrong with this site !! I have tried to post a link to ebay for a plate with the same artist signature 3 times !! If you search ebay for H. Arndt you will find a plate with what looks like the same pic you posted and signature !! It had a stamp or label for T Limoges !! Looks to be a newer one !!
