None of the numbers helps with identifying the factory !! 580 is probably the mold number and the 3 can be the factory size number !! Each decorator would also have their own mark which can be a number or initial or anything !! Back then they were paid per each item completed so they had to have a way to keep a record of the work they produced !! The two columns turned up nothing on English pottery marks !!
