Hi folks,

I need some help from someone who is good with their Delft marks and values. I am not at all versed in Delft items at all. I recently found this lovely decorative plate and identified it easily enough as Delft and I believe it is from 1890-1920 roughly but would really appreciate any solid info on it than anyone can lend a hand with. Thanks.
