Can anyone give me any information on this piece. looks to be hand made. will include photo of bottom – looks like an anchor but cannot read any help will be appreciated.

Same mark,, Similar basket !! This is usually called a brides basket !! Not that it necessarily had to be owned by a bride !! 🙂
