The Haviland plates: I’ve never seen this pattern before.
The small pitcher has no markings.
The set of baskets have “Made Italy” impressed into each bottom.

I am no expert. Years ago an almost cottage industry of artists existed. Young ladies decorated plates, blanks. Your plates and pitcher appear to me to be hand painted. Artists bought blanks from different companies or unmarked pieces and painted them. Some pieces are signed by the artist. Consequently there is not really a “pattern name.” I am sure someone with more expertise will explain it more eloquently for you.
