I realize this is a duplicate. If I knew how to remove the other entry, I would. Please bear with me here. I inherited this Nippon Handpainted vase from an avid collector of antiques during the Great Depression. Can anyone help me describe it and place a value on it? I had thought to sell it on eBay. Any help would be appreciated.
The maple leaf is 1/4″. There are no discernible nicks or chips on it. There are three places that appear to be rough from being taken off a wheel. At least that’s how it would look on modern pottery. Thank you, I didn’t know what that green flower thing was. There are one or two indentations that I think are air bubbles that didn’t catch paint, but could not have been caused by damage. I can take more pictures if that would help. Thank you for your help.
