Hello, just an old farmer here. I was cleaning out an old barn and found this old piece of pottery(I think, clay?) Thought maybe someone could identify a signature? Maybe its nothing maybe not? It has a J with a small s or 5 above it.

Hello,I’m an old farmer’s daughter. I have not a clue what in the heck you have here. Never seen anything like it. To me if that’s the lid it does’nt look like it fit’s right. The mark is not even familiar. I think you might need a professional answer for this.Anyway keep it for a conversation peice. Have a good day old farmer
