This is a family piece out of Britain by way of Quebec and I consistently fail to identify it. It has a unique catch in the throat of the vase. I haven’t been able to find anything quite similar in any searches so far. I suspect the patterns originate in the Mediterranean and I can’t find examples. Any help or speculation would be most welcome, I would love to be able to tell my Mom more about her father’s vase. It is 8.5″ tall. There are no markings on the bottom, just glaze, no kiln marks.
