I recently obtained an odd plate from my great grandmother of what seems to be an early colonial “Ale Tunner or Maker” It has gold framed accents with a stamp on the back of a shield and a cross inside with the letters TRE under it. Another stamp of what seems to be a name Espana or Espara. Endlessly trying to find out more about this odd but interesting piece. It’s almost cartoonish or more character-like art. Any feedback would be great. Tried to post a picture but was unable to do it.
