I have full tea set for 4 of Limoges M Redon O-2130 – looks to be hand painted, maybe carnations, pale pink/peach. Cannot find any information on this set.

Not sure what kind of information you are looking for but M.Redon was not in business very long !! !853 to about 1896 or so !! Your set is stamped as an import set and was made after 1891 !! That is when the tariff act required all imports to be marked with country of origin !! It is transferware,,not hand painted !! Even though many Limoges factories did do their own decorating their primary sales were in whiteware or undecorated porcelain !! These were sold to many decorating studios and even to amateur china painters !! That is why you see so many Limoges shapes but can not trace the patterns !! I do think your set was likely done by M. Redon but I have found no record of it yet !! One thing that you can do is to get Replacements.com to find the pattern name !! They have a free matching service on their homepage !! Their values are usually above market prices but it would give you an idea of value !! China sales have been down in the last few years so take that into consideration !!
