I have owned this lovely lady for at least 15 years, but have not been able to identify her. I recently tracked the pottery mark on the bottom to a company called Nippon Yoko Boeki, but can’t find any examples of this lady head anywhere. If anyone has any information that could help, I would be very appreciative.

It is not Nippon,it’s Nihon and that mark in my Japan books shows it was used in the 1950ties. Most head vases do not have a name unless it’s a movie star. Your girl is asian, that’s why she’s rarer. Some of these can be worth $400.00to $600.00 or more. Head vase collector’s even have a huge club so yes hang on to it and add to your collection while prices are low in some area’s.
