Please help identify some ironstone. It has a “[u]B[/u]” with underline with numbers “2943” and a letter “H”

It is a serving bowl with peacocks and chines/Japanese motive. I have attached pictures. All information is welcomed and appreciated: Maker, year, value, and etc. Thank you 🙂

The part that is written in red would be the pattern or shape number and the initials are the decorators !! What is impressed would be the company info !! I see two lines, with letters !! You said one was UBU ?? What does the smaller line say ??
