I bought 2 porcelain vases. Looks like Russian or French. Cannot identify the maker. Any ideas?

Got it from estate sale a few years ago in CT. They just very nice and looks like Russian or French.
What is your location and where did you get this vase ?? Looks similar to many other transfer ware vases/lamps ect from the 30`s and early 40`s !!

very pretty but I agree is there a mark or anything on bottom
