You might check and see if there is a Dutch community close to you !! That name is apparently Dutch !! Cant see the outside and can`t tell much looking at the inside and do not know the size of this piece !! From what I can see it looks like transfer ware on the inside !! A pic of the bottom also helps !!
This item could be a amateur piece made at the local hobby shop !! Back in the 1970`s and 80`s ceramics were a popular hobby !! Our little town had two ceramic shops !! You could buy the greenware and all supplies needed to make hundreds of items !! They also fired them for you !!
