Thats much better , thank you !! Looks like you have studio pottery from Prince Edward island !! PEi and the S would be Studio indicating the type of hand made pottery rather than mass produced !!
There have been potters there since late 1800`s !!

Not a good enough pic to read the signature !! Also need to see the vase too,,not just the mark please!!
