I was wondering if this is an aquarium item !! Many of those are made in China, Japan and other countries whose marks are not common here !!

No, I know the answer now. It’s retro porcelain made in Drasche fabric, Budapest, Hungary in 1954-1969.

Have never seen it before !! Is the bottom pretty heavy ??

Yes, it has a pretty heavy bottom, but it’s not really heavy, because the figurine is small.
