It is a black ink mark not incised. It has a large hollow S in center with 3 stars in it. This is surrounded by an H or P and under is the letters U S A and under that is a word I cannot make out. Can I send a photo on Kovel website attn to you? I keep trying to shrink the photo and did but I can’t attach it[list] I dont know what I just did.
