Just looked with a magnifying glass,, there is something written there but I can not tell what the letters are !! Let me work on this !! The flowers are obviously bluebonnets,, that is why I asked where you are located !! Texas ?? Its likely a local pottery to the area !!

This piece belonged to my mother and as she took groups on tour all over the world I have not idea where it came from. You have been able to discern everything I could from the mark. I cannot tell if there is a word above Pottery or not.. Thank you for your input.

May I ask where you are located and how you came by this item ?? At top I can read Pottery cant tell if there is a word above that or not !! Then it says Potter ,,Bill Ow is what it looks like but there are no listed potters by that name !! I am just not sure if those are the correct letters !!
Its always possible that it is a studio piece and almost impossible to trace !! Studio/home potters are independents and may only be known within a small geographic area !!
