Hello all,

This seems to be the most appropriate place to ask this question, so I am going to go right ahead and do just that. I recently bought this item at flea market (it came in a bundle of different items). However, after further examination I am not certain of what it is. My first guess is that it may be some sort of pottery tool, this assumption being based upon the mark on the bottom of the item. I believe it reads “Potter Ware”; however, after extensive research to find this company or tool, I have been undoubtedly been unsuccessful. If anyone has seen an item like this before, or knows of the company and could possibly point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Any suggestions are welcomed!
