Hi, I found out that Poudre means Powder, that could be face powder or food powder such as curry or potato or rice powder.Guimet is a museum in Paris France that has the largest Asian Art display. I’m not sure if you could buy item’s there or not. What you could have is a face powder box. Hope this help’s you
