This is a very pretty piece! You have a porcelain reticulated compote fruit bowl or centerpiece. A metal base is unusual to find in this style. I’m also unsure of the maker in this case but the style looks that of Meissen/Dresden of Germany. As a period decor piece, If I was to sell this in my shop on Etsy, I would list it for between $80-$125. Hope this helps!
