I did a quick google search and see why you say this might be a Meissen/Dresden piece, but I’m surprised at your low appraisal of its market value.

BTW, It’s interesting that the same terms of art, like “reticulated,” “compote,” etc., apply to porcelain. I’ve only heard it used in connection with silver.
